How to Proceed

We realize that finding suitable child or household care help that you can trust and rely on can be a difficult task. We assist you with this process and advise you throughout. You can either phone us to discuss your requirements in detail or fill in our online application form and we will contact you at our earliest convenience.

To help you choose the right person for your children and household we try and provide you with complete details of the candidates which include: application forms and/or CV, photos, references, a Dear family letter, a medical certificate and a police check.

We only send you details of applicants if they are interested in your offer after they have been presented your family requirements. This method ensures a better match for both parties.

Once you have confirmed an interest in a candidate we arrange a telephone interview so you can judge her/his suitability. If you get along well and are satisfied with the candidate during the telephone interview you can offer them the position. After the offer has been confirmed and the placement finalized you can start making travel arrangements that suit you both. If you need our help with this matter we are happy to assist.

Payment of our introduction fee is due after the family has offered and the candidate has accepted the offer and both sides are happy with the conditions. Payment must be made prior to making travel arrangements.
